A national broadcast and social campaign repositioning the Rentals.ca from a rental data hub into Canada's go-to destination for finding a home. The project centered on emotional, documentary-style storytelling that followed real renters through life's defining chapters, supported by cross-Canada content capturing diverse renters and neighbourhoods. Anchored by a cinematic hero commercial built for broadcast and a 12-month rollout of social-first cuts, the campaign was designed to break the stigma around renting and make it feel aspirational. This project now lives as part of the Coastline Films portfolio, highlighting our approach to large-scale, human-first commercial storytelling for national brands.
