Great Bear Rainforest film for National Geographic x Maple Leaf Adventures by Coastline Films
Video Production · Brand Films · Commercials

One film. Built to carry your brand for years.

Brand films, commercials, campaigns and documentary work for brands across Canada. Planned, shot on a full cinema package and finished in-house, start to finish.

Trusted by Toyota, National Geographic x Maple Leaf Adventures, White Claw, Rentals.ca and Black Rock Resort.

Some projects don't need a retainer. They need a crew that can carry one piece all the way.

A launch, a rebrand, a campaign, a story that deserves more than a reel. These are the pieces people remember your brand by, and they run on your homepage, in ads and on social for years.

We take a single project from idea to final cut: concept, scouting, crew, cinema cameras, drone, edit, colour and sound. One team, accountable for the whole thing.

If the brief is ambitious, we want to hear it.

What clients say.

The prep and scouting for the set ahead of our shoot was very key. On the day of the shoot, the lighting work, the sound, and directing of the shoot was as professional as it gets. Can't wait to work with them again on our next campaign.
Max SteinmanMax SteinmanCEO · Rentals.ca
From the first call, they understood exactly what we were going for. The team was professional on set, fast in post, and the final deliverables were exactly what we needed to push across our channels.

Video production FAQ.

How much does a brand film or commercial cost?

Every production is quoted to scope, and the quote shows exactly where the money goes: pre-production, shoot days, crew and post. For a quick estimate, try the video production cost calculator, or book a 15-minute call for a real number. For typical day rates, see our cost guides for Vancouver and BC and Ontario.

How long does a production take?

A brand film usually takes four to eight weeks from kickoff to delivery. Campaigns with multiple spots, or remote shoots that depend on weather and travel, like our Great Bear Rainforest film, can take longer. Tell us your deadline on the first call and we'll plan backwards from it.

Do you travel for productions?

Yes. We're based in Squamish, BC, work regularly across BC and Ontario, and travel for productions Canada-wide and beyond.

What's the difference between a production and a retainer?

A production is a single, larger piece of work built around one creative direction. A retainer is ongoing monthly content to keep your brand visible. Many clients start with a flagship film, then move to a monthly content retainer.

Do you handle everything, or do we need our own crew?

We handle everything start to finish: concept, planning, crew, equipment, editing, colour and sound. You review and approve at each stage. See the results on our work page.
